Lagna is Kumbha lagna, and for this chart Saturn is benefic. Venus is Yog karak.There is parivarthana b/n these 2 planets, Saturn being in uccha (though retro). Venus Dasa (yog karak's) is yet to start in Sept 2014. From this time it will be 'comparitively' better for career.
