In my view,
Jupiter is retrograde right ? Also it is hemmed between Ketu and Saturn giving rise the papakarthari yoga*. From the Lagna perspective (which is Cancer) -> Mars (10th lord) is in 12th house with Rahu. + Saturn powerfully, watches the 10th house. (*my ref: BV Raman books)
When we consider Moon Lagna (Makara) perspective, Jupiter is not a good planet. Being lord of 3 & 12. + Venus (10th lord) is in 8th house. + Saturn occupies 10th house.

However all is not negative - Jupiter can give ordinary/mixed results with ups and downs because it is a natural benefic. Saturn is also not that bad (from moon's perspective because it becomes lagna lord in uccha) either. Job you will get, that is sure.
