Hi All
I am leo lagna, with Mars in my 9th house own rashi. I have no job since same time (Dec 2011) around my Rahu-Mars bhukti started.
Recently i read on Barbrapijanlama web site that planets in 9th being 12th from 10th, are responsible for creating loss like situation. In my case that seems to be the case.
But, Mars being a yogkarka , should it be responsible for loss of job ??? I have no income since then and all savings got depleted. If i dont start working immediatly, next month will be ...... i cant even imagine it.
My planets seems not to support any business or things like that. i am supposed to do job as per advice by various astrologers.
Looking for advice from respected members!

If it is 7.35 am, I am getting lagna as Cancer. Only if it is after 7.50 am, the lagna is Leo. Can you confirm this first from someone ?

I have realised and accepted it. Cant do much. However it makes understanding the chart very difficult. one thing is sure, lagna is leo else i should not have lost job as otherwise Mars+Jup were in 10th house and mars in own sign.

You are right. By astrological point of view, if your Lagna is cancer, job loss should not have resulted. Also, for both leo or cancer, Mars is yogkarak. The only drawbacks I can think of is -
(1) Jupiter angle is 0 deg and Saturn is 90 deg. By that Sat can directly 'see' Jup, as it is in 10th house (exact angle-wise). Angle of Lagna is also border between Cancer and Leo, Sat is watching Jup from the 12th house.
(2) Since the Dasa of Rahu- with AD of Mars. You should see how Mars is positioned w.r.to Rahu to see results. From Rahu's 6th house = occupied by Mars; Mars 8th house = occupied by Rahu. Thus there is negative relation between these 2.
Other than (1) and (2), I dont see anything wrong. I feel, The job loss is only temporary phase, you will be able to spring back soon.

I was hammering my head on this. thanks for your observation.
Also got a beautiful explanation on barbarapijan. she says mars being in 12th house from career house of 10th, is a lossmaker. hence loss of job in mars AD. Think of it. Bhagayasthan taking away job. phew
but what gives me hope is her further explanation that, loss due to dharamsthan owner (9th house) are usually blessings in disguise and i should be better positioned after this period.
that only time will tell
