One thing I can see from the baby's chart is that the girl's mother (your sister's chart) is not looking good.

The neonate is less than 60 days old, you are asking from general members for the neonate's future.
It is against Ethics, if some astrologers answer your query on neonate.
Please note, if even we perform havan or any religious ceremony, the new born name, nakashatra are not allowed to say during Sankalpam of the religious ceremony, till the neonate completes 1 year in age.
Only on critical stage, neonate's/ kid's birth chart is casted by astrologer to know about the misery/status of the kid.
