i am libra ascendant and my 9th lord mercury placed in 12th and exalted , so the above rule apply to it ,
2) If a planet ruling a Bhava goes into the 4th from that Bhava, the LATTER Bhava would be totally under the control of the FORMER Bhava. This would mean if the LATTER Bhava is a Dusthana, the good effects are multiplied.

Next principle ....
Moon with saturn angular makes the person dull-witted.
Cannot resist to put in the above principle as well. So you can seee Moon with Saturn in Kendra comes with a lot meaning - good luck, dull witted, bad for relatinships (for certain Saturn angular positions) and for certain Moon signs like Capricorn and aspected by Saturn can lead to wealth.
On top of that Shrinkanth has mentioned that Moon with Saturn, makes the person tired easily where the mind is concerned. His mind needs periodic rest. If the pair of planets are angular, all the more so.

Another source I read (could be Jataka Tatva in another chapter but cannot be sure) says that Moon+Saturn gives a person a calm, reflective and calculative mind.
The above will largely calm the anxious mind caused by Moon+Ketu especially if Saturn is in its own sign - this liner is my opinion.

Hii dev, not at all. your views are welcome. Well i m worry because right now i am going through a very tough phase. Ven-sat dasha is running, Which gives me a lot of tensions and due to this sometimes my health goes detriorate and sometimes i feel that i m going to be mad. What should i do, pls tell me dev and khoo. When will my mind gets relief?

Refer to my earlier part of the thread regarding interpretation of Yogas which make reference to the Lord of Navamsa and then go on to make some addtional configuration requirements (the second leg definition of the yoga).
After giving some thought, I think the second leg of such Yoga the configuration should refer to the Navamsa chart and not the Rasi chart. The classic, as you recall, did not indicate clearly which chart to use for the second leg of the definition of the Yoga.
Also if you remember, these Yogas began with the definition of the Rasi chart in the first leg of their defintion. There should be no ambiguity for that. Also no change for the fact that if the Yogas did not talk about the lord of the Navamsa, then the configuration must be fully looked at from the Rasi chart point of view.

So there are some exceptions to the dictum of always looking at the Rasi chart for configuration patterns for Yogas listed in Jataka Tatva.
If the 9th House reckoned from Navamsa occupied by the Atmakaraka be occupied or aspected by a benefic, the person concerned will be intent in doing virtuous actions, will be always speaking truth, and be devoted to elders. It will be otherwise if a malefic occupied or aspect the 9th house.
In my Navamsa, Ketu is in 9th from Atmakaraka. Although ketu is a natural malefic, but it is a first class functional benefic for a Leo Navamsa Lagna.

I partially satisfy this Yoga in the sense my Moon also disposits Mercury by Nakshatra while sitting with Saturn. However, thank goodness my Moon+Saturn is in Capricorn which denotes wealth according to Philadeepkika. Another mitigating factor is that my Moon+Saturn is in ANGLES which bring good luck.
