Definitely the normal 5th house rule for children will apply here. For a complete clarification I request you to read a post on "Saptamsa" by Shrikanthji. It will clarify all things about children.
Trust this helps. One question of academic interest - have the doctors told her due date for the baby is somewhere july 2011. That is Ra/sa/ju/ve and you see the lord of 5th in rasi (jupiter) is conjunct saturn and venus.

What do u think should be the chart of a women or husband that they have sex and boundaries within the relationship only? I mean not crossing to other persons. What planetary combinations should be there to tell for sure that "he/she will have sex and good relationship with her husband or his wife only"?

There are many combinations....look for:
aflicted placements of Venus could lead to promiscuity
afflited placements of Moon could lead to immorality
afflicted placament of rahu.....could lead to compromises for material gains
no cookie cutter formulas....but I would keep and eye on the placaements of the above 3 planets
I have debilitated jupiter aspecting 7th house but its debilitation is cancelled. I definitely know that there is lots of difference between a debilitated planet and one which has debilitation cancelled since I know in my own relatives atleast 3 of them having debilitated jupiter with cancellation, all are God fearing, have faith in God and have faith in dharma and try to practise dharmic principles in life to the extent possible.
If 5th house is afflicted heavily, you said, it is not good but I hope it is not so in my case. 5th lord is debilitated in 3rd with neecha bhanga but 5th house is aspected by sat. How would u define severe affliction to 5th house.

5th housed by Rahu/Mars/Saturn, 5th lord afflicted by malefics, 5th conjoint Moon-Venus one of them in debility and no benefic aspect from Jupiter either to the 5th or 5th lord.

Yes, I understand that if 5th house is afflicted, it further increases the chances of crossing the boundaries, but what I want to know is "how to determine for sure that the husband and wife will be within their boundaries and their relationship will be excellent"? I repeat to say "for sure or gauranteed" that the relationship will be within them only?

Ha..ha. It is your magnanimity that you are saying you are not good at that. I believe if one can look into the chart and tell things, he/she can surely tell the same from other divisional charts by just looking at planetary placements, though not many capable do give exact revelations.
I did had a look at my D-27 for the first time today as told by you, but I could not understand much from it except a few. If you see there as well, the lagna lord saturn is retro in 9th house of Mercury with ketu and 9th lord mercury is in third neecha with Rahu. Third house and 12th house lord Jupiter again retro in 10th house. This means I have not done karma properly in my previous birth?
What I strongly doubt Ramana is that, there is a Sarpa or a divine snake of Lord shiva-mother-and lord muruga in my body, a female in the form of vapor. But I have no understanding as to why it is with me. It has been with me for the last 15 years or plus or so. That is for me everything is happening on no. 4 of rahu and no. 7 of kethu and also on nakshatras of Ardra, Swathi, Satabishank, Aswathi, Magha, or Moola. This spirit is actually making me dance as it controls me wholly. This is in fact a Kaamini Pisaachi, i suppose which came from ancestral root. Though it is protecting me, this divine snake pisaachi is in fact preying on me most of the time including taking me to both lord shiva and mother, but it does give nothing fully..either materialistic or spiritualistic. It wakes me up to spiritualistic and takes me to heights and then makes me to fall back and laughs and the same thing is there when it comes to materialistic...it hardly gives anything. This in fact is not leaving me at all. This is what I think as one of the reasons why I am having a mad taste at lord shiva and mother. My doubt is Am I was also a male snake of lord shiva or else why it is with me in form of vapor? Even after this sarpa's extreme temptation, I have not crossed line even once...why? I think Jupiter retro in sixth house shows curse and exalted goes to show divinity or belonging to divine...now saturn is also retro in leo along with that Rahu...so, I believe that lagna lord saturn retro is related to Jupiter as well, so does it indicate strong curse of that Sarpa?
if you see my D-1, there is a classic sarpa yoga present with 3 malefics in kendras including the venus which got afflicted. Ramana, something great has to happen in my life with some gods have to give darshan to me to wipe out this Shapa or curse and hence helping me in Shapa Vimochana. In fact because of this curse, I believe too much of mental and mindly suffering has happened and my fortunes ending up in somebody's hands and hence unfortunate as well. No matter whatever good I do, it has been turned absolutely nil by this Sarpa. It is very very disheartening.
Moreover, from my experience, whatever I do and wherever I am, I am ending up in and around the area or premises or shrine where Lord Shiva(Father) and Devi (Mother) is residing. So, there is really something in it...strong connections of soul related to Lord Shiva, Devi, Muruga, and this sarpa? It is not an ordinary issue like an ordinary person can solve this...What do u think?

hi shilpa i am doind reserch in vedic astrlogy , dose her husband having a hot temper by nature and he can be aggressive in nature. In some cases, he may also be a sports lover. He can also be argumentative.
