Hi vpn:

I am not an expert and u should probably ask experts.
Anyway, from what I know, I would say, lagna lord in 8th means u may probably be shifting places quite often and may not stay at one place for long. To bring stability in life, u may probably consult gem experts and see. Anyway, on the contrary, u may have a smooth and stable settlement and I dont want to say I am perfect. Based on my knowledge, it is so.

Thank you for your kind words. But I think its better to use this list as an educative ready reckoner rather than for deduction. Kindly see my discussion with dev ji above. That'll answer your query. For instance, moon alone will behave very differently than when moon is with sun or opposite sun. This will denote a birth in either Purnima (full moon) or Amavasya (New Moon). People born in these two tithis are reserved and somewhat emotionally restricted, apart from other things. This is because moon is totally subdued by the fierce glare of the Sun. Example, for Vrishchik rashi, the ferocity of temperament (as given in the RR) comes fully into play when sun is also in scorpio or taurus. This will give a fierce and violent temper to even anuradha nk moon. But if moon is alone, without any connection to the sun, an anuradha nk moon is a very friendly, accomodative and loving person. The natural fierceness (due to H of Mars) is kept well hidden and strictly under control. This is just one example.

i have meena rasi and meena lagna and moon in the lagna(revati pada 2 ascendant , uttarabhadrapada pada 3 nakshatra)....wat r the effects of having 5th house lord in the lagna??...its almost unaspected alongwith kemadruma yoga....almost debilitated mars in 6th bhava aspects the moon in rashi chart...but in bhava chalit mars is debilitated in 5th house....so no aspect to moon...no planets in kendras from moon or lagna...so full kemadruma yoga...plz reply....

I think you have mixed two charts - my 10trh lord (Moon) is in the lagna.
Ascendant Lord Venus is in the 11th house.

This is so interesting! Most of my family has moon in lagna. Though one chart in particular stands out - this person's navamsha chart has moon, sun and rahu in lagna (mesh)! How to interpret this combination?

I have noticed that most of the people who have Moon placed in the lagna suffer from mental wavering. Moreover, these people want to achieve a lot in their life, but they don't get settled in a single business/profession. Does moon in the lagna creates " Jack of all trades, master of none" kind of situation?

What will be the effect when Moon in lagna with scorpio sign (debilitated) and Mars the lagan lord in cancer sign (debilitated) in 9th house.

The depositor of lagna lord is debilitated in the 9th and depositor of 9th lord is debilitated in the lagna, though exchanged, both are debilitated and so that would weaken the lagna and the 9th house. I feel that if the astavarga for these planets and the houses are good and the shadbala is good, then that will help but if not, then strengthening of these planets is a must.
Regular prayers to Hanuman and reading Hanuman chalisa regularly would help. Also visit to Parvati temples on monday and reading Tripurasundari Astakam would help. Feeding cows on mondays would be good.
Doing a Navagraha homam at home with a help of a priest would be helpful.
Also taking good care of your mother and listening to her would help. Also give proper respect to elderly ladies.
You can also look for other answers.

Being so much of emotional, anger (if moon in mars rasi), stress, anxiety are kind of affliction. I feel this has to controlled. Thats the reason i asked for remedy. Even though there are some advantages of having moon in lagna, we should also look into minus points.

Does Moon's nakshatra also matter here? I mean even though moon placed in friendly rashi, if it in maraka lord's nakshatra will it create more problem. In what aspect this can be analyzed further?

Yes, mons nakshatra should also matter, but then if scorpio is the rasi, then only possiblities are jupter, saturn and mercury. So depending on their nakshatras, their emotional level would also be different.
