It is interesting that you mentioned Lord Krishna's horoscope.
I myself have Taurus ascendant with Venus in 6th(conjunct 3rd lord Moon and Rahu). I read in your other post about dushtanas about the example you gave of George Washington's chart. Does the same apply here - 3rd lord moon ...
