Please help me about the lagna because its change in 8 min from libra to scorpio

please suggest which one is correct

My details are:

Date of Birth: 15 dec 1980
Time of Birth: 04:32 AM
Place of Birth: Betul (Madhya Pradesh) India
Gender: Male
Lagna is Libra

If you change the time 04:40 AM the lagna was change to scorpio
