If anyone wishes to look at a chart of someone with severe mental health problems here is the chart of someone I knew for years.

He was born at 1:10PM July 28th, 1969 in Toronto, Canada. He was diagnosed with Paranoid Schizophrenia and when not on medication was convinced Aliens implanted a chip in his brain. He was institutionalized for a while, but since then has been able to hold down a job, get his graduate degree and lead a somewhat normal life as long as he takes his medication. However most people can still tell there is something not entirely "right" about him... but they never guess that he has schizophrenia. Most people assume he just has some sort of Turrets or OCD or something like that, but they can tell that there is 'something' not right.

His Mother and Grandmother also suffered mental problems, but to my knowledge neither of them had schizophrenia. His mother had some sort of fatique syndrome caused by a harmonal imbalence in the brain and there was something peculiar with his grandmother on his mother's side also. I believe these things might have to do with Ketu in the 11th house with Debilitated Saturn in the 7th.

1- In the chart Moon is in Capricorn in 4th – one generally suffers due to inadequacy of one of the parents.One may look calm out wardly , but inwardly is haunted by fear , fobia melancholia and faces frustration.
2- A psychiatric diagnose that describes the mental disorder characterised by abnormalities in perception and expression of realty is known as Schozopheria.and is caused by several adverseplanetary settings ,In this particular case –
a)- Moon inSaturn’s SignCapricorn aspected, inclose degrees by Ketu from 12th house, causes perceptive disability, made worse by nodal influence on 4th house. Aspect of Ketu on weak Moon causes intense elements of negative psyche and mental aberration .
b)- In Navamsa chart also 4th house is aspected by Ketu and 4th lord by Rahu and both y Saturn –
c)- Moonas well as 4h house are sandwiched between strong malefics Mars and Rahu
Examining from the Major and Sub periods – he was born in major periodof Sun ( upto Dec 1970)-, which is also subjected to the aspect of Rahu and laced in Constellation of Saturn. It followed by Major period upto Dec 1982 , and it wasin this period that this anomaly was detected,.and inthe Major period of Mars operation was conducted as Marswith Neptune gives operations.
The relieving factors are aspect of Jupiter as also that of ascendant lord Venus being Yoga karak

I am surprised his venus is in good standing. He in his 40s was not married and had a difficult time getting girlfriends. even when the effects of the disease showed he often came across as unmanly... He is attracted to very strong independent women who treat him like he were a child. Women who would put him down or make him clean the dishes or make him clean his room etc.) It was quite disturbing for me to watch. But at the same time these types of women rarely find his lack of manliness attractive as they don't usually get turned on by the idea of a child-man. He also never seemed to have much money and the money he did have he had a hard time spending. He was considered miserly with his money. I thought his venus would not be good for these reasons.

It is interesting to note that a combination which can induce spirituality can also cause a mental condition .

In my opinion the following factors have let to this condition .

1.lagna is aspected by Shani
2.4th Lord Shani is debilitated
3.Moon is in the 4th aspected by a Debilitated Shani
4.he lagna lord is aspected by Shani
5.Lagna lord is in a infant avastha @ 0deg 20 .
6.In Navamsha Shani is in a Badaka Stana , aspecting Navamsha lagna . Badaka lord Ravi is debilitated in the lagna . Navamsha Moon is aspected by Shani .

Going back to the case here...the 'dhi' is represented by lagnesha and lagna.
lagna: Libra: Aspected by debilitated Sa. Sa has digbabala in 7th house and is yogakaraka.
lagnesha: Ve in 9th house. Good position
lagnesha's dispositor is Mercury, owner of 9th and 12th house. It is in Moon's house with 11 th lord Sun. Not bad again.
On first sight issue seems to be Saturn aspecting both lagnesha and lagna. Being yogakaraka it should be good from material/position perspective but bad from mental perspective.
Sa is also aspecting Mo karaka of mind.
Basically debilitated Sa is has total control of lagnesha Ve, mind moon and lagna. This will give material progress but is very stressful for mind.
Sa in leo navamsa is considered bad. It is again aspecting lagnesha Ve and navamsa lagna.
This Saturn has low Vimsopaka and shadbala.

One very important point is papakartari yoga on lagna. Lagna is hemmed between Ke and Mars. This destorys all good yogas and lowers the impact of all good combinations.
The real downer in this cases papakartari yoga.
The overall chart is not so bad but papakartari/asubha yoga on lagna destroys dhi...the interraction with reality and world around suffers.

One point ot be noted is that despite negative points the native still manages to carry on..he is considered mental but still can survive in this world...it could have been really worse..

Although it is widely known as the Jonestown Massacre, the series of strange events that resulted in the deaths of 912 people in the middle of a jungle in Guyana were for the most part a mass suicide. Majority of more than 900 people who died there on November 18, 1978 took their own lives willingly. Those few who had second thoughts either got lucky and sneaked out of sight through the remote jungle, or were shot dead (or forced to drink poison) by the cult’s guards. What lead to such large loss of life? Read on to learn the story of reverend Jim Jones, Peoples Temple cult and an act of “revolutionary suicide” that left the world in shock.

Indianapolis preacher Jim Jones (full name James Warren Jones of Crete, Indiana) founded his own cult which he officially named the “Peoples Temple” in 1955. The philosophies of the People’s Temple cult were based on socialist ideologies that highlighted liberal, anti-capitalism sentiments. Although he had no formal theological education, Jim Jones was a charismatic man with great people’s skills so his following kept growing.
After he was ordained by the Disciples of Christ, Jim Jones moved from Indianapolis to San Francisco, California where he established his first church of People’s Temple. Another church was later established in Los Angeles though San Francisco remained the cult’s headquarters. It is estimated that the People’s Temple reached its peak after relocating to California with there being as many as 8,000 active members. Unike Jim Jones, vast majority of People’s Temple members were African Americans, however although in small numbers, other ethnic backgrounds were also represented.

Jim Jones’ radical preaching didn’t go unnoticed and soon enough, Peoples Temple started to receive a great deal of negative press. Things were getting messy and when even IRS got after his rose, Jim Jones came up with a plan to move his congregation to an isolated area, far away from American capitalists who were messing with his cult. He urged his followers to join him in a new community where they would be free from negative criticism and able to practise a more communal way of life.

Anticipating problems, the People’s Temple had purchased a land in British Guyana, developed it and named it Jonestown. In 1977, Jim Jones and about 1,000 of his core followers left their families in the USA and relocated to their newly developed South American jungle retreat. Their relatives didn’t like that one bit and repeatedly approached the US government with demands for official investigation, claiming that Jim Jones brainwashed their loved ones into following him outside of the United States.

His name kept popping up alongside names of authoritative people, including politicians thanks to his cash donations and support with volunteer coordination. State Assemblyman Willie Brown showed his support for Jim Jones by posing with him before press reporters but showed regret after news of the Jonestown Massacre hit the waves.


Prior to receiving negative press, Jim Jones was a popular community activist in San Francisco. His name kept popping up alongside names of authoritative people, including politicians thanks to his cash donations and support with volunteer coordination. Jim Jones was even given a seat on the San Francisco Housing Authority Commission by Mayor George Moscone in 1976 – just year before the People’s Temple followers moved to Guyana. But one of the biggest wins for the People’s Temple was when Governor Jerry Brown was seen attending their services.

As complaints from the relatives kept piling up, California Congressman Leo J. Ryan was forced to respond to them and launched an investigation. Jim Jones granted the congressman the permission to visit Jonestown and on November 17, 1978 he did. Because living conditions for the members of People’s Temple were deteriorating, with many Jonestown residents suffering from diarrhea and high fever, Congressman Ryan was secretly approach by a few of them with request to take them back to the United States.

Formerly bewitched by Jim Jones, several of his followers grew weary of him calling himself a saint and a reincarnation of Lenin and Jesus Christ. They were also not impressed by constant presence of armed guards who wouldn’t allow anyone to leave Jonestown unless with special permission from Jim Jones. Some described their living conditions as those of prisoners in a concentration camps, stating that they were forced to work in the field for up to 11 hours a day, 6 days a week with food wholefully inadequate.

Congressman Leo Ryan agreed to take 15 followers who requested a return home with him, but as the party approached an isolated airstrip where their plane was waiting, they were ambushed by a group of gunmen. Leo Ryan and four other men were killed on the spot, others managed to escape into the jungle. To this day, Leo Ryan remains the only US congressman who died in the line of duty.

Realizing that the death of a congressman who disappears after his trip to investigate the Jonestown cult doesn’t bid well for Jim Jones, the reverend ordered his followers to launch the “state of emergency”. Whole California knew that Congressman Leo Ryan went to Guyana because of complaints about Jim Jones. Complete loss of communication and failure to return as scheduled would prompt further investigation and a certain arrest of Jim Jones. That would ultimately end his ministry and everything associated with it.

State of Emergency was a planned mass suicide that Jim Jones had his followers carefully rehearse. Everyone, including more than 280 children were brainwashed into following through with it. And almost everyone did. Only a few tried escape into the jungle, with a mere handful managing to flee successfully. Others were shot dead or forced into swallowing the deadly concoction. Vast majority, including the children, participated in the Jonestown Massacre voluntarily.

By making the ultimate sacrifice, the followers of Jim Jones were brainwashed to believe that they would preserve their church. The participants were served a purple drink mixed with deadly cyanide, sedatives and tranquilizers. Jim Jones also died in the massacre. He was found dead with a gunshot wound in the head. He is believed to have killed himself. This all went down on the same day Congressman Ryan and his men were killed – on November 18, 1978.

Obviously, Jim Jones wanted his cult to be a one way street. Like in a song Hotel California – you can check out any time you like, but you can never leave. Once you’ve been taken to Jonestown, you were expected to make Jonestown your life… your whole life. You can come in, but once there, you can never leave. The Jonestown Suicide remains the largest single event mass murder (and/or the largest mass suicide – depending on how you look at it) in history.

Jim jones was born in Crete Indiana U.S.A. on the 13th of May 1931 . T.O.B. is not known for sure , But some reports say that he was born at 10.00 PM . For curiosities sake let us take the time as 22.00 hrs . Chandra is with Rahu , Gulika and Mandi and a exalted 12th lord shukra . Note the close conjunction of the Moon . This Moon has lost the planetary war to Rahu . Rahu is at his best here . . Twisted as a rope . Rahu is in the nakshatra of Budha who is also afflicted due to rahu's presence in his Nakshatra . Dear all,

I have been dating a paranoid schizophrenic guy (on and off). Know him since last 6 years. We broke off and patched up many times in these years. Currently we are in touch, just as friends, don’t know if we will get involved with each other again.

Initially he had hidden his illness from me. But I noticed that he was a recluse, had no friends, no social life etc. But he is professionally quite successful. well qualified (MBA, LLB) running his own business. Though our natures dint match, I was willing to take our relation to the next level, but I found that he had this deep fear of commitment/marriage. Each time I spoke abt marriage he would bring up some excuse or other. Finally he admitted about his illness, told me it was in the initial stages and that he was taking medication for it.

I have noticed a lot of positive changes since the last one year. He is more positive now, has stopped medication (on his own) as he feels that he is completey cured now; more confident, has made friends and his life is much more interesting than the dull and boring life that he led earlier. Earlier he had lot of family problems, which are all now sorted out and he is at peace. I was wondering if he is actually cured and whether his suffering was due to his sade-sathi. He is cancer rashi. Also he has ketu-moon conjunction in his 2nd house.

sorry I meant 14.32 . . I moved it back 3 minutes to get the Navamsha lagna in Taurus . Shani in the 7th explains delay in marriage . The d9 lagna shifts in 2 and odd minutes .
