i have sixth and tenth lord exchange in my horoscope ,and both are neech .is ther any neech bhanga yoga. any thoughts would be appreciated

In your chart Saturn is placed in the 1st House which is not good house for him. he does not like this house hence it is under Marana karaka sthana. This placement would result in health related issue. Sun is also placed there. Hence there would be a tug of war between the father and son which is Saturn and Sun. First start praying to Sun on daily basis which would improve your health conditions.
Secondly 6th house lord is Moon which is getting debilitated in the 10th house. 10th house is the house your karma.What is that you are supposed to do in the society.
