Help Please..Lots of Ups and Downs in Life !

Could some expert please help me to find an answer for my suffering. There are lot's of ups and down's in money matters in my life.
Expenses always follows money inflow where that kind expense I would never think of. I am earning over 50k INR monthly . Cannot save even 1k a month. Still I am in debt. We spend very normal life no one in my family are spend thrift including me.

I am planning to start a part time business for more earnings!.

Could some one analyze my chart and help me to find the right path ?
