In lady's chart 2nd lord Sun ruling progeny is placed in 11th is OK and signifactor Jupiter in 4th is favorable. No afflictions. Current lord Ketu is delaying.
In his chart there is weakness for 5th lord Jupiter weak by bad placement in 12th house of losses and wasteful expenditure but 2nd lord Mercury is strong in 4th.
In my view there are no serious problem, you would have children.
