What is a House Chart (Equal House)

There's the bhava chart which is about house cusps (where the hindi cusp is the Midpoint). A whole or equal sign chart is simply a chart where the houses and signs line up, usually the rasi.

I've my own question. Do the signs, as found in rasi, stay the same in the bhava chart? Signs, not houses.
