CAREER GUIDANCE PLEASE.....HELP

I am quite concerned about my Career. The concern has a reason, I have been toiling hard with number of services for the past 17 years, but i dont think I got what I deserve. I am looking forward to start a business primarily with any computer related jobs with foreign clients.

Can somebody help in giving an insight how things would be related to my career. Financial Security is the constant thought in my mind when awake.
