Dear Experts:
Could you please take a look at the chart for below given birth details and suggest that she can buy residential investment property or not? If yes, does it matter if they don't check the vastu for that home?

She can buy property after 3yrs in rahu-Sun Dasha. Vastu is individuals choice.
