5th lord in 8th house and 8th lord in 5th house

Dear Learned Astrologers,

I have come across a coupe of frds horoscopes and I have been puzzling over this combinations

what is the effect of 5th lord in 8th house and 8th lord in 5th house on progeny!

eg: if the 1st and 8th lord are in 5th with the 9th and 12th lord and rahu for an Aries Moon? and sun is in scorpio.

as the 1st lord is ascendent lord with 8th a dustana house, and 9th the trine is also associated with 12th another dustana house!

or in case of an Virgo ascendent Mars in Capricorn and Saturn in Aries? here both planets are debilitated!

Will they be denied children? Or will they have good children? or will they have problems throughout life because of children?
