Lord Shani aspects the 7th house in D1 and is with the 7th lord of the D9. I feel if some remedy to Lord Shani is done for this affliction thing will be better and marriage might take place. I feel the Asthama shani must have contributes to the troubles. can you please tell me when this event happened ?

In this chart badhka lord Jupiter afflicts conjunct Saturn which has weakened his chances of getting married and he becomes vulnerable to health problems, poor status in soceity, professional & emotional instability. This combination is difficult and would face delays and setbacks in most aspects of life.
He can strengthen his yoga karaka Saturn by wearing Blue Sapphire and perform remedies to appease Jupiter.

To be frank the concept of UL is useless. You can easily identify the results of planet from natal chart.
To appease Jupiter, you can offer yellow colored sweets in pieces to crows in the morning after bath and before breakfast.
Avoid wearing yellow colored clothes and wear more of green and blue colored dress.
The favorable stones are Ruby, Emerald, Pearl and Blue Sapphire.
