My sister is unable to find a suitable match.

The chart is weak for marriage lord's Jupiter and Saturn which delay's and causes obstructions in smooth running of marriage. Beginning with April she is in the sub period of Venus which is strong in its own house has the promise of marriage.
May and June are difficult months for her. She can be involved in conflicts at home, vulnerable to accidents.
July onwards things are improving with proposals for marriage.
She will have chances to get married later this year. Time is also good early next year.

Can you describe more about her future spouse and future marriage relationship please. She is very kind and sensitive person and has had a lot of problems the past few years and we wish to do as many remedial measures as possible to ensure she has happiness with spouse, in laws etc.

I am sorry, I never replied to your answer in this post, my sisters job description by yourself is very accurate. She is a surgeon and works in the vascular field and hence uses very fine instruments for her work. She has however not got married yet, but she is more accepting and leading her life to the full.
