Help required in making decision for marriage

My friend's marriage is being actively considered with the girl ( Details are given below). Please help him in deciding on the marriage .The Details are:
Boy:
DOB:02-Jun-1981
Time:1315 Hours
Place: New Delhi

Girl:
DOB:10-Jul-1984
Time: 1800 Hours
Place: Chandigarh.

Kunadli gives a score of 22.5/36 with no major dosh.
But there is a view that with the boys Rahu MD at the ending stages, the next 2-years may be challenging?
