Since July 2023 my career has been going downhill.
By when will I get promotion?
Will it be in this organization or will I need to find another job? Will there be a need to change city I am in ? By when will my pay increase
. I left previous job because of problems and moved to a new city, in 2024 March and it has been nothing but constant problems here

I've shared my understanding of your birth-chart previously on this topic and you still continue to be under the influence of Saturn/Shani-dev's transit across natal placement of Moon/Chandra.
Apart from that, you will soon start Maha-Dasha of Ketu (as per Vimsottari Dasha system) from around December 2026. Incidentally, Ketu has below par Vimsopaka Bala in Dasha Varga...and would be a cause for concern. Given the situation, it might not be a bad idea to be prepared and consider appropriate Vedic/Dharmic remedies.
