My friend has meen lagna and parivarthana yoga between 9th lord and 5th lord, her mars is neech in 5th house and her moon is neech in her 9th house??? what does that mean and what does that tell us about the person?? if you may plez.. thank u

Neecha Parivarthana . Parivarthana is good and very powerful too.
If Dustana lords get Sambhanda in Parivarthana, the it is bad. ( here no )
5 th and 9th lords Parivarthana is good. But as Graghas are neecha , native has to work very hard. May be fortunate after getting children.
Children chatrs may have fortunate combination.
mars dasa works like moon dasa and Moon dasa works like mars dasa.
