Good to see you doing this practice. I have been keen on horary astrology but owing to time constraints have not been able to pursue the same. As a learner, I am curious about what should be taken as the time of question?
Is it the time/date on which the question first appeared in the mind of the questioner or is it the time
at which the question gets communicated to the astrologer? If it is the latter we again have a doubt if
the mode of communication is internet/mail,viz., is it the time of submitting the post or the time the astrologer
reads it? Does this also mean that it is not possible for anyone to answer his/her own question using Prashna method?

This event could be some conflict with coworkers, mentors, parents, or just general stress about finances.
On the positive side, both the Sun which is the lagna lord, and Venus which is the 10th house ruler, have an aspect on the 1st house. This shows that you will likely find success in finding a job of choice eventually. Also, Jupiter, the great benefic has an aspect on the 1st house which also points to success.
Jupiter, Venus, and the Sun are in the 7th house of business forming a raja yoga which is good. There is also an important Tajik yoga here. Both the Sun and Venus are forming an ithsala yoga (applying Tajik aspect) with Jupiter. The Moon is at 29 degrees in the the 6th house. When it moves into the 7th house it will form an applying conjunction with both the lagna lord and the lord of the 10th house. This yoga is supposed to give favorable results after some delay. However, a conjuction is considered a stressful aspect though. I think this just reinforces the idea that there will be success after some delay.
So about timing. Looking at transits I think the end of May, beginning of June is somewhat favorable. Mars will have moved from the 12th house in this chart at that time and the Sun will be in the 10th house. An even better time may be around late August, early September. At this time the Sun will be in the 1st house of this chart.

First of all, please accept my heartfelt thanks for spending time on this query.
Yes your chart interpretations are correct. This house that i purchased on the day of launch in mid 2007, it is our deep rooted desire to stay in it, pending financial upheaval in the job status. I earn real good but the EMIs are big and we are still circumspect of whether we should stay in it, put it on rent or Sell it off and put a minor investment in another new project and earn the profit again.
You see, I myself have not decided what to do. So you are absolutely spot on my friend. I had bought my wife a small Lord Shiva murti in 2003. At that time, we were really hardpressed on money and were thinking a lot about our own house. My wife is an ardent devotee of Lord Shiva. Some discussion happened and we both decided that we will put this Lord Shiva murti only when we purchase our own house and in the small temple we build in the house. This is our deep and heartful desire that we have been nourishing since last 7 years. Recently, we opened the Lord Shiva murti and had darshan for once and again kept in the gift box back again remembering that we will invite the Lord in our own house when we are ready to purchase and stay in it.
But, I have also gone through some tough situations in last few years owing to medical expenses on my mother who suffered from bone marrow cancer and passed away after 4 years of critical illness. I had bought one more flat in June 2005 and sold it after a year to look after mother and give my mother more economical comfort to fight the death and give her a productive life till whatever time she lived.
I still have her blessings and a part of the profit made by the sale i invested in the flat that i talked about now. It's a hot cake and profits are also good if i sell it. So everytime i get a call from a broker about the sale of the flat, I do think about it, and hence the confusion.

I get a different answer here - it looks like you are going to get a job - a good job, soon. Are you into anything related to beauty or marriage related business or any other thing related to Venus? Or are you on the verge of getting married or focused on partnerships / marriage right now?
Your chart ruler is Sun (Leo) and it is in Saturn's sign in 7H of Aquarius. It is not too well dignified. But Moon (your co-significator) is also in 7H along with your 10H ruler Venus. Venus is exalted in Pisces - which means the job itself is a coveted one. Moon is going to conjunct Venus in another 3 degrees - may be 3 weeks. And Venus is conjunct Jupiter - in own house. Which again is positive. Since Sun is in different sign (Aquarius) and has to move into Pisces before it can meet Moon / Venus, I think some change is needed before you get desired outcome - may be change in your efforts (job hunt strategy or some skills?) to get a job. Have you recently enroled in a course or some thing to increase your skills?
I am not sure about timing, but may be around 3-4 weeks.
