doubtful venus dasha

Hello,
My DOB August 23,1985. Time-10:20 am, Bangalore/Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Gender: Male.

I have seen a lot of great suggestions and remedies on this forum and blessed to have the opportunity to request your advice on my situation.

I know I am running through the Venus dasha from about a year. Before this dasha started, I was in good health and had a slim physical appearance. When the dasha started I started gaining weight, totally out of shape no motivation to work out, office politics. Secondly I was supposed to be promoted to an Associate Professor in May 2024 but due to office politics they didn't promote me and situation got very uncomfortable so I resigned and joined another university. I am starting all over again as an Assistant Professor. My 7 years of hard work just went waste in May 2024. Also, two marriage proposals didn't happen since my career became unstable since beginning of 2024.

I believe I am thula lagna and lagna lord Venus is in 10th house. I am really surprised lagna lord Venus dasha has been the most stressful and worst dasha compared to the previous dashas in my life. The only times I have had problems in my career was during Jupiter transit through 6th house from rashi and during Jupiter bhuktis. I am not sure if Jupiter is somehow indirectly causing these malefic effects through Venus.
I am worried this is a longest dasha and how my career/job will progress during this dasha.
Request for the guidance/suggestions from the experts on this forum.
