A question on finance for my colleague

Dear astrologers,

This is on behalf of one of my colleague. He has asked me to post this question. His birth details below:

DOB: 4-6-1984
Time: 00:20 AM
Place: Thiruvannamalai,Tamilnadu

Starting from 2014 until now, he is facing hardships on money related matters. He is the one who takes care of his elder brother who has been hospitalized for some years. At the same time, he has to earn his living plus help out his brother's hospital expenses and other expenses related to his family. He is single. Somehow he gets the money through loan and other friends in spite of all of these.

How will be his financial condition until his working years? Is there any advice on whether if he works abroad, he can flourish well and establish a better career? Or it's better for him to stay and work in India? Any pariharam or temple worship for wealth growth and getting out of debts also would be appreciated.
