What will be the result of Saturn is in Aries and Sun in Libra.

Generally it is good but results will modify as per the Lagna. e.g for Taurus lagna its a Rajyoga.

It would perhaps make sense to look at the entire chart in entirety; instead of look at bits and pieces in isolation.
