I am a software engineer working in the USA. For several years, I have had no career progress, infact I am working at same salary for almost 5 years now and have got no increment at all.
Also , I am facing a financial crunch because till early this year, my husband was taking away all my salary. only In February this year I refused to give him all my salary, however I still have to pay half the household expenses. therefore I do not have any saving.
Can you please let me know when I will get some progress and some salary increment. my DOB is :-

Dear ADC ji,
My health is okay. Not too good actually, i suddenly get strange sickness but medically everything comes ok. Last year in Nov I got an attack of paralysis. I could not move at all, even my hands were jammed but when i went to the doctor , my reports were completely normal. He gave me a painkiller and I got okay in few days. The doctor also did not know what happened to me.
Then In February this year I got some breathing problem. Doctors thought that i had got Asthma but again medical reports were fine. They gave me some medicines and I got okay.
So in general my health is okay but suddenly I keep getting such strange problems that even the doctor doesn't know

Preliminary reading, as I have to get back to my job, will take some time to do a detailed analysis.
1. Diseases - will be a mystery, unknown. Keep your mind in peace, with the attitude of "what will be will be".
2. You have difficulty in gaining appreciation for your knowledge which you bring to work. People do not believe that you can solve problems. Incl your husband,
3. Multiple admirers in workplace?
4, Husband from different religion/ caste/ nationality?
5. Did you go thru a transformation in your communication ability, and, your skills with hands?
6. Career will go through swings - wait for 2nd week of Nov for change and 3rd week of Jan for major change,

Many thanks for you response. I had lost all hope of getting a reply to my query. Im very grateful to you for taking the time to analyze my chart.
1) You are very right. I have been getting mysterious diseases. Even doctors cant figure out what happened. Fortunately, the diseases just disappears on its own. I have left my health to god.
2) yes, few years back i used to get a lot of appreciation at work but now its different. People feel i cant do the work. I get no appreciation even if i do the work well.my husband doesnt appreciate me at all. Infact my marriage is over. We are only staying together because of kids
3) no, there are no admirers. I am always so busy that i dont get to socialize much at work or even at home. I barely have any friends.
4) yes, my husband is from a different caste. He and i have very different cultural backgrounds
5) im not sure .. I have become more reserved and dont talk much but that is because of the stress and unhappiness in my personal life. I used to be very bubbly and talkative but no husband has sucked out all happiness from my life. I dont even feel like talking to anyone. I have become a loner
6) do you see any monetary progress for me. Despite working so hard i have not got any salary increment for years. Im very disheartened.
