Can you please help me with marriage problem of my cousin brother, mama son.
He is now 36, he’s been close to getting married on several occasions and then suddenly it breaks off. Has this happened for the best until now? Is it because he’s been going though Rahu?
Please help with marriage prediction, length of marriage and whether he will have kids

Very interesting chart for the following reasons -
Mars, Sat and Rahu in trines in airy signs with no aspect of Jupiter. Sa and Ra are in Rahu's nakshtra, Rahu freezes Mars who is incidentally also placed in seventh house
4 planet conjunction happening in 6th sign. Here Venus and Saturn have exchanged signs so Saturn gets pulled into this while Venus effectively occupies own sign in Libra. With such a 4 planet conjunction Saturn pairs up with Moon while Mercury pairs up with Sun. Saturn now freezes the moon (12th lord) who is also his enemy.
By nakshatra lordship Venus is in constellation of Moon so Venus is unable to act effectively and give his natural significations, he has escaped only due to exchange of signs with Saturn. Also due to Venus now acting like he is in Libra, distance from Ju to Venus is large thereby indicating late marriage if any
Seen from the Moon, again due to exchange of signs Saturn both aspects and conjuncts 7th lord Moon. Presence of Sun with Moon further adds a delaying factor. Moon and Sun together in 1st/7th are not welcome, further Moon also is in nakshatra of Sun. Thus Moon is getting severly impacted by both Saturn and Sun.
As per dasa native currently running Ju - Ju and will go to Ju - Sa in 2021. If marriage is meant to happen, that will be the time period when double transit of Sa and Ju occurs on Venus natal position. However due to Ven parivartana yoga, this may also prove to be elusive. Rahu dasa must have been very elusive when it comes to relationships, this combination of Rahu freezing Mars and also impacting Saturn/Venus might have ensured that things always slip away from grasp.
In my assessment high probability (70%) of no marriage, if marriage happens it will be in 2021 since Saturn is the only planet empowered to break all of these restrictions and give marriage (he is exalted in D1 and also occupies own sign in D9). Even if marriage were to occur it may be a troubled one - Mars in 7th in D1, 7th in D9 gets impacted by Ketu and Mars.

I took latitude and longitude as 51N 22 0W 6 WITHOUT DST ,with the original time of 21.35 pm there was no delay in marraige,and i took time of birth as 21.45 pm.with that lagna is Virgo 0vi 10 .there is delay of marraige due to slow moving planets like jup and sat plus one zero (as per Ashtakavarga ) .since jup is the delay giving planet it has to rectify all the defects in respect of marraige aspects.with all the above taken into consideration proble time of marraige is only after 37 years of age.at present jup antardasa running till aug 2020 ,so there are fair chances of getting married only after 2019 dec.if missed then sat antardasa will definitely give marraige

There is promise of marriage. Due to weak and combust lagna marriage developments face setback.
Current maha dasa of Jupiter can bring developments next year.

He is born in SKP-Pradham which is ruled by sun. Lagna lord sun and 12th lord moon conjucted. So it gives the results of Amavasya. It means person always thinks negatively. Here sun is equal to Venus in giving relationship matters. Venus placed in Capricorn.so readers can imagine the outcome.UL is the house of marriage, from it venus placed in 10th and saturn[as the 10th lord of UL and 7th lord of natal lagna]is in 7th of libra. so venus spoiled. Thidhis ruler sun 6th is a negative indication in relationship matters. He has a relationship marriage.
He will marry in the 2nd quarter 2021. There is no threat of any separation/ divorce post marriage.
He will have issues related to semen mobility. Therefore, through family way.. Progeny not blessed. I'm sorry to say.

Simma lagna, Makara rasi. He is going through sade sati, janma sani in 2020 will be severe. sun is vargottama and he has amavasaya dosha so he will be going thro hurdles to anything in life. mars seeing his 2 nd house of family and sitting in 7th house itself is reason for delay. since 7th lord sani is exalted he will have marriage surely. he just started Jup dasa, and jup is 5th and 8th lord. so there can be sudden change and marriage and childbirth can be quick. Since 5th house has ketu and sani aspect he has putra dosha, Jup in kendra gives kendra athipati dosha but since Jup dasa started Jup is in friend house and has no maliefic aspect it will give all the blessings.
