Jobless since 2003 ??

Very disappointed to say ,I have no career now.,since 1996 to 2003 had a pco along with worked as agent in finance sector.bsc was incomplete so from 2004 ta ken risk to complete graduation in bca , mca taken time till 2011 . Got no job and tried to start finance work again not succeeded started amway business in 2013 to 2015 little success and time and money loss and only wasted time in listening cds and books did astrology consultancy in 2012 got some cash but halted. All I see now I lack enthusiasm energy if start any work it moves one step forward and two steps back.Wearing two emerald since 2002 , one low quality neelam approximate 4 carat since 2015 please guide
