Stability of job?

Hi can anyone tell me if my brother will continue with his new position as a bus driver. He passed the test today and will start driving the public tomorrow but he is experiencing alot of anxiety over it. Will he be able to sustain job? He always doubts himself. I know by October he enters a new antardasha and don’t know how that will affect everything. Thank you.
