Please advise!!! Getting into Depression

My details are as below :

Marital status: Single

I'm currently going through Ketu Mahadasha. I changed my job in Apr 2018 (after being in a company for 8 years) and fell prey to the new company's treacherous way of hiring. When I got the offer letter in February 2018, I was offered a role code which was similar to my previous designation/role code (I've been in managerial role since Aug 2015) but 1 week prior to my joining date, new company suddenly changed the role code to a lower Designation however the offered package remain intact. Since, I had no other option, I had to join in a lower Designation.

So for last one year, I'm being compelled to work in a lower Designation (from a manager to a junior manager) but I'm being paid more than ever in my professional career. This loss of Designation has caused severe depression in my life---At times, it's unbearable. I've been searching for a new job since I joined in last April but couldn't find a suitable job. I'm now in headspace where I'm about to quit my job without any offer in hand. I'm about to lose my mind.

Points I'd like to highlight :
1) Ketu mahadasha put me through lot of turbulence but also gave me professional growth and monetary benefits.
2) I've Ketu in 2nd house.
3) During my professional career, I've always tried to run after a higher role code than money.

Questions I have are:
1) when will I get a new job?
2) with the new job, Will I be able to regain my lost position or Designation?
3) I've been in a similar position for more than 4 years now, when will I be able to see success?

Please help.
