Mental health issues.

My birth details are 18.03.1986, 20:06 hours, Mumbai.

I seem to be having some mental health issues like anger, anxiety, depression. I'm not able to have mental peace. I also seem to be having communication problems - I feel nobody understands or empathises with me. Sometimes I get anger outbursts and start hurting my loved ones also. Sometimes I even start behaving in weird manners. My career growth has taken a beating.

Why are all such things happening to me ? Kindly analyse and please help me out with solutions.
