child birth delayed In your both charts.so you have to wait till march-2020.you both have good pereoid for conception between April-2020 to March 2024.so you better to start trails in the above mentioned periods.

Jupiter is weak by combustion and Venus is afflicted. Both are major weakness delaying childbirth.
Further Maha dasa of Moon on the ascendant is also unfavorable causing hurdles and more expenses.
Mercury in 12th indicates problems with family life and property.

If your tob is correct ,then in woman chart 11th house represents children ( I will check 11th house in case of women ) no further discussion or arguments why 11th house instead of 5th house..11th house got spoiled so very difficult for child birth ,even if you go for ivf .it is my observation.

year could pose problems for both natural and medical process of child birth.
After 2019, the dasa and antar is quite unlikely to support till the end of 2020. Hence it looks
a bit difficult.
