Job or something on my own!! Pls advice

Hi,
Esteemed astrologers..
I am working in a MNC from past 6.5 Years.
I haven't gained anything much technically or learnt. There isnt much growth.
My boss seems to be prejudiced and makes sure I don't get anything much to learn or grow.

Currently the project is over and many of my peers have left.
I would like to know what's written In my destiny. I am frustrated and bored but sticking on just to fulfill my home responsibilities.

One astrologer told not to change the job, as I will get something lesser than what I have now and should start something on my own and only then I will have satisfaction and will grow.. Is this true!
