Hello Joyd Sir,
I am quite confused with regard to my exact birth time and lagna degree. I would be grateful if you could help me sort this out. Also I want to understand about my D9 and D60 which I would be thankful if you could let me know what the indications are.
Sharing below my birth details;
DOB : 24th Jan 1986
POB: Colombo, Sri Lanka
TOB: 16:46 (4.46PM) [This is as per official birth certificate]
Note: This time falls in Mesha Navamsa Lagna but you did tell me sometime back that it should be Meena Navamsa Lagna and hence i think time should be few mins before.
Some details about me, both personal and professional:
1) I am a Male, born on 24th Jan 1986 in a Tamil Brahmin family in Colombo, Sri Lanka due to ancestors moving there from Tirunelveli which is in the South of India during the early 20th century.
2) Moved to Chennai, India in Jun 1995 when I was 9 and a half years old and staying there ever since.
3) I have two brothers one elder who is married (born on 3rd Feb 1982) and one younger (born on 28th Apr 1992). Apparently there was a girl child born one year before who didn't survive.
4) Parents wedding anniversary was in Chennai and took place on 4th July 1980.
5) Had Poonal sacred thread ceremony conducted on July 4th 2005.
5) On the work side I'm a finance professional working in the Finance & Accounts department.
6) Completed Chartered Accountancy in Nov 2010 (results were out on 21st Jan 2011), Company Secretaryship in Dec 2010 (results were out at noon on 25th Feb 2011) and Cost Accountancy in Dec 2012 (Results were out on 21st Feb 2013). Basic degree was B.com which was during the period 2004-07.
7) Worked for the first time as an articleship trainee (intern) which is required when you do Chartered Accountancy (CA) at Price Water house Coopers from Sep 2007 to Sep 2010. (Started out on 10th Sep 2007 to be precise)
8 ) First job post qualifying CA was away from Chennai in Caterpillar at Whitefield in Bangalore. Offer got released on Feb 2011 and I began work from Apr 5th 2011. Period of Work was from 5th Apr 2011 to 18th May 2012.
9) Next job was again in Chennai and for a short stint in a steel manufacturing company from Jun 25th 2012 to Nov 30th 2012.
10) The last job has been for about 5 and a half years plus at Shell Business Operations in Chennai which ran from 15th Mar 2013 to 2nd Nov 2018.
11) Recently I also cleared CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) exam. I wrote the exam in the afternoon hours of 23rd Nov 2017 and results came out on 11th Jan 2018.
12) I recently put down my papers from Shell (Date of resignation 30th Jul 2018) and joined another multinational company Philips GBS in Chennai on Nov 5th 2018.
These are a few of my life details. On the personal side, I am interested in things such as music, sports, food (reviewer), astrology etc. Some personal traits about me is that I talk very fast and am quite in decisive when making decisions. Mind always wanders a lot and I'm rather poor at concentration. I've been trying to look to get married through the arranged marriage route since late 2013 but it hasn't materialized yet.
I hope the details divulged will be helpful in determining my Lagna degree, fixing birth time and also knowing about the divisional charts such as D9, D60 etc. Please let me know in case further details need to be furnished. Will be more than glad to assist. Thanks a lot!

Few incidents in my 16th (Jan 2001-2002)
- I had a childhood friend of mine (quite elder to me) who passed away on the 29-30th of Apr 1999 by drowning in a swimming pool. I believe i was the last to speak to him and it had a lasting impact on me. 1999-2000 was my 8th std and I managed to get through with difficulty. But education in my 9th std (2000-2001) nose dived heavily and I started flunking in every exam and I had to write re-exams to allow the school to put me in 10th std. Even 10th I struggled but started getting better by end of year and ended up passing 10th std with decent marks. During this period i had a lot of thoughts of the mind affecting me with wrong images of people and things affecting me a lot. I did also consult a psychiatrist around this time (Approx start to mid 2001).
Incidents of 28th (Jan 2013-Jan 2014)
I had joined a job in Dec'12 which I left within a week as I had a gloomy feeling (6 full days work in a factory and needed long travel) that I would end up leaving it very soon much akin to my earlier job which lasted only 5 months. Hence I came out of it by end Dec'12 and didn't want to show it as experience. Later in Jan i tried for a few jobs but was struggling and eventually on Jan 31st 2013, I attended the interview at Shell and got selected. It was not fully satisfying as the pay I got was significantly lower than the one I got in Dec'12 but decided to take it up as that was the only option I had. Before joining Shell in Mar, my Cost Accountancy results also came in the positive and work as such at Shell was quite smooth without much pressure. I just had one small altercation with my super boss in Dec 2013 but nothing of real concern. (Every year Decembers usually tend to be bad for me).
I am a verified reviewer with the food portal Zomato and I penned my first food review in Nov 2013, (verification happened in Dec 2014). I've been wearing spectacles since Feb 2010. Money flow has been smooth since my Shell job in 2013. I tend to have mouth ulcer and stomach pains at times but nothing too major. My real bad years in life I would say would be 1999-2001, 2012 and 2016.

I just have a small clarification on my side, I believe you use an ayanamsa which is little different from Lahiri. Inputting time of 16-42-22 as per Chitrapaksha I'm getting Lagna Degree as 19 deg 32 mins (19 Ge 32' 27.22" Arudra). Would like to clarify from you if the Lagna degree mentioned is indeed the correct one?

I have got varied views on this as its on the cusp and changes sign with respect to different ayanamsa used. Also since it's Lagna lord in Navamsa, as per Lahiri its in 7th house in Virgo whereas its in 8th house in Libra as per most other ayanamsas.

your entire D60 chart reading is not possible.so ask any particular house issue [only one].so that i can compare your D1-D60 charts for that issue..

All 3 charts D1-D9-D60 are not favourable for your marriage.2-5-7-8-9-11-12th house s are spoiled. It means no lineage[2-5],no marriage[7-8-9-11-12].

It is a bit scary but I thought I shall wait for another 2 more years to take a call regarding whether to get married since I am personally not sure if I would want to get married after 40 age. Whatever you're saying seems to be pointing towards the negative side and lets see how things turn out.
