Strange health issue.Shall I get psychiatric treatment?

Namaskara Respected Astrologers,

Since 3 October 2018 I am suffering from a strange disease.I am not able to sleep properly.The moment I sleep I wake up suddenly feeling scared,anxious and with some sort of fear.Though I am not sure exactly what fear.While sleeping I feel as if I am going to fall.I get a strange sensation in my stomach.Something like a jerk(If you sit in a roller coaster ride you get a strange feeling in your stomach).I went to a homeopath(leading one in Bengaluru),he gave some medicine.I think it's somewhat helpful.He says I suffer from anxiety.I said I do not have any tension as of now,no fear.My life has started improving this year on wards.But he says due to traumatic childhood,this issue was there since childhood.But is now popping up.I experience this badly
when it's full moon day and no moon day.That does not mean on other days I sleep peacefully. I do not understand what do to.
Is it anxiety?
Hypnic jerks?
Or is it because of my consumption of alcohol and over eating?
I feel suicidal.I do not want to marry till this issue is solved.Can any of you learned astrologers help me come out of it.I request with folded hands.

In our both cases rahu mahadasha is running
I was diagonsed with severe anxiety and depression
Although 10 days course of vipasanna meditation helps me a lot
I suffered for at least 2 years... But really vipassana calms my mind
I still have anxiety but I can handle it now..

I get panic attacks during the day time too not only night.And I went to the topmost Homeopathy doctor in Bangalore and he said I suffer from anxiety.
First of all I do not know what he says is correct or not?
Also should I consult a homeopath or MBBS doc?

You need to consult a General Physician and he/she should help you on the work-up... to establish the ailment cause.

I'm not sure, whether your employer will allow legally on the coaching class tutoring job, unless you do it for free of cost.

Thanks for responding.I appreciate your time spent on my chart and selfless service that you people do via this forum.I think even if I am born at 08:21 AM my lagna is Mithun. That is what the software says.I have tried with Astrosage,Jaganath hora,kundali life etc.

If 08:21 AM or 08:18 AM is taken as input then I have mercury and venus in lagna.But if my time of birth is taken after 08:30 AM then my lagna would be karka.

But still I would like to know why is it that you feel my time of birth is doubtful?If I need to produce a few more details with respect to certain events of my life so that it helps you come to an accurate conclusion I am ready to do so.

When you say you travel across India it also means you may visit Bangalore. Hence there is also a possibility that I could have a darshan of yours,if you wish to.

You could be right.Since I am into IT we have a lot of compliance policies here.
I do not think they would object to it.But if they do not then they may not give me a salary increment thinking that I might be earning lahks by just conducting tutorials.
I will have to do it secretly.At this point of time a secondary source of income is necessary for me as I am planning to get married next year.I do not have a house.We still stay on rent.I am planning to get a flat next year of course outside Bangalore.My salary is not sufficient.

Hence I will have to take the risk.

I took classes in association with a private institute where I had 4 students was paid 25000 but I was supposed to get 28000.I had to fight for remaining 3000 and I left the organization. In my organisation there are several who take classes and there is a way how you can manage it without violating the compliance of organization.The organization is fine if we take classes over the weekends as we do not have office on weekends.If I am successful I would rather prefer paying taxes for the additional income generated.The only concern would be students not paying hence I might have to find a way for that.
As of now I have started bidding for projects online/offline both within and outside India.As of now I am in talks with a Spanish client.

I lost the bid.

I am in the process of thinking for entrepreneurship but my finances are damn weak.
Currently I pay 12000 per month as rent and I send 20000 per month to my hometown.I am hardly left with anything.I pay 3 rents.One in Bangalore and 2 in my hometown.My dad is in rehabilitation center.
I am planning to get married next year.This would increase my expenditure further.
I plan to get a home that will cost me 30000 per month as EMI.
However instead of sending 20000 to my home per month,I may end of spending 30000 as EMI to bank.

And for entrepreneurship I need to quit my job and I need money.If I quit my job how will I pay EMI?Where will I get money for entrepreneurship?
As of now I do not have emergency funds.Hence if I need some medical assistance I will have to beg.

My situation is straight like jalebi.
