Desperately need help: Is it the end of my foreign stay?

Respected astrologers,

I come to this forum in desperate mode. Ever since the onset of Saturn dasha I am having so many visa related issues (I can't explain it here though). It is coming to a point where in it is becoming unbearable.

I know that Saturn is my 12th lord and it signifys foreign land among other things; accordingly, I thought it will be easier for me to get permanent residency of US. Furthermore, Saturn being amatyakaraka in my chart, I thought I might get a push up in my career also. Instead I am having work related visa issues let alone green card. All hopes I had about good Saturn dasha after the painful Jupiter dasha- placed in 8th house- are dashed.

Is it time I pack up and come back to India for good? or should I go through the pain in the hope that one day things will be better? Will my career be any better if I were to move back to India?

I am really desperate (painful by the day) and need your help....I will be very grateful for all your inputs.

Some events in my life:

1. Came to USA on August 13th 2003.
2. Completed MS in May 2005
3. First job in August 2005
4. Got married on November 16th 2010- wife left me in Feb 2011.
5. Daughter born on September 25th 2011- Have not seen her since Feb 2012.
