Childbirth possibility

Dear learned members of LoVa,

although i m here as a student to learn more abt astrology, but couldnt help posting a query of my own.
we have been trying to start a family for many years, but there have been in-numerous delays. In the initial years of our marriage it was because my husband had to travel out of the country for many months at a time. And later starting Jan 2015 i was daignosed with a lot of medical issues, for which i initially took treatment, and then due to no further success i underwent a major surgery in aug 2017.
since then i have been taking ayurvedic medicines, and managed to conceive successfully in may/june 2018, but had a miscarriage in july 2018.

we have reached a state of sadness and hopelessness with our situation, because inspite of our sincerity and dedication and desire for a child, nothing has moved forward and our life is at a standstill since 2014.

Any guidance on what is in our future would be very helpful. Are we destined to have children at all, or is it not in our fate and we should give up hope ? And if we are destined to have children, then when can we expect that..are there any spiritual remedies that we must do (i already do santan gopal mantra jap, and give water to the sun daily)

mine - 16 jan 1983, 2.20 am, ghaziabad(up)
husbands - 8 april 1983, 00.10 am, bhubaneshwar(odisa)
marriage - 11 dec 2011

In your chart jupiters delay will be over by 12-12-2020 and in your husbands chart its by 11-12-2018.so my advice is take good food and rest till 12-12-2020 and after this date start your trail for pregnancy and you will be succeed very surely... Eventhough your husband can get rid of jupiters delay earlier than you,the length of anthardasa doesnt allow for impregnation why bcz your kshetra[uterus/egg] is not ready to accept potent sperm[either from out side or from the own husband]due to your jupitaerian delay ...

Yes it was a love marriage. But it was not against anyone's wishes. Both sets of parents gave their blessings from day 1.

if i can ask a followup question.. should we focus on natural conception..or do we need to take the ivf/iui path.. Also overall how many children can we expect ie can we have multiple children/pregnancies..
