In your D-10, Ven is in own sign in 12H, which indicates a career in a foreign land.
I'm quite hopeful that Ven shd give you good results related to career.
However, a general principle of astrology is that Maha dasha lords do not give their results in their own AD/PD, so the results may come in due time.
