I am unable to cultivate Agricultural land in my native place as I have located 500 Kms away from my Native Place due to Job. Nobody is rady to cultivate on contract basis too.
So, I am thinking of selling this property and buy a new agriland near my work place and settled down in this place itself even after retirement.
Please somebody guide me , is it right time for me to sell this property in my native place. A I am running with Ketu dasas, if I sell this property now, Do I loose this money and also property. or Will the planetary movement will help me to excute my plans. Please guide me.

You know very well agri land with water facility is costlier than a barren land ( or with only
one harvest ). Agri land that is likely to be converted into a residential or commercial complex
or adjacent to a highway will fetch much more money in the long run. And many more other issues.
So before deciding to sell the land, you may do a good home work to find out the financial implications.
Apart from astros, you may have to consult other property owners and the like.

I saw your Prashna chart.
The land or property looks very fertile, and open, and in a wealthy or Cultivated lands adjoining, with water or adequate water availability ?????
Prima facie, per the lagna sputa of your land looks good to me, and you said you are away from that place cannot be cultivated under agriculture, that is also tallying.
There could be a female would be interested in your land for cultivating, but your interactions mayn't yield prospective results ????
Are there any challenges for you, the deed capturing the land you have or title, coming under review? or looks like multiple ownerships of that land ????
Your land will for go sale and will fetch good handsome returns, but will not happen as fast, there are challenges seens.

Your prediction based no prashna Shasta number is excellent. My agriland is the most fertile land in the entire village and is covered with krishna raja safar dam back water, on the bank of river Lakshman theertha. Your prediction / Analysis is perfect.
But we get water for irrigation only for one crop through canal.
Coming to tbe questions you asked,
Till last year, my mother was the owner on this land, last year October(I.e. oct2017) She gifted me through registration. From 31/12/2017 The RT C is in my name . Now I am the sole owner of the property.
No female is interested in cultivating that land , but my sister's were interested in that property as it was in my mother's name. They wanted to engulf it by soaping my mother. But as I am the only son, my mother gave it as gift to me last year. My father expired on 20/ may/2017. Since my fathers death, my sister's are quarreling with me for silly reasons and trying to get share in my fathers left over property. This is another headache for me now.
Please guide me , still how many years I need to wait to get good value for that land or shall I keep it like that for my progeny.

Challenges I talked aboout in my previous post.... Though you mom gifted you, and you pay Waelth and Gift tax on that, your Sister legally entitle to receive equal share to that land or its revenue. Keep all documentations for future legal review includes you might have paid tax and disclosed in I.T. returns ( you singly paid for that asset tax and not as joint owner of Land)... I foresee, Girl will fight over the property.
and, Govt are they planning to widen the area for development around your land in future ????? ( Let me know)
I will not advise in retaining that Land for your Progeny. I would advise sell off, and reinvest in Debt fund or in Bond market for a Lock in period for your Progeny to get that Prinicpal and Appreciated amount.
Kuja period has to come, so also Budha ( both are Karakas for Land), and since it is Agriculture land Shani has to come, it is ancestor Property ( Ketu ) has to come
Today Chandra in Ardra nk and in sub of Shukra and in subsub of Shani, and Chandra in Budha's sign

Dear Lex,
No, this property, the irrigated land which is on the bank of river , there is no scope of widening the area around it.
But there is another half acre dry land in my fathers name ( he expired on 20th May 2017).
Now everybody in my family has right on that property. There is lot of scope that the Road near to it gets widen in near future, and this particular land will become very close to Road.
Thanks for your valuable guidance. I will retain this property till 2nd quarter of 2022 expecting a good value at that time to sell it for a handsome money.
