Government job is there in kundali??

Dob 18 july 1994.tob is 7:02pm.place of birth is varanasi.my brother is trying hard to get job but not succeeding.done b.tech from electronics and communication.but doing job in his branch at present.pls analysis his chart .given GATE but still not succeeded.pls suggest when he will get perfect job?

I'm not an expert but my observation is that he has Guru Chandal Yog in the 10th house of career...so, he will have wealth, property etc. But not the courage that is required for govt jobs.

Is your brother emotional, moody and sensitive? Sun (signifactor of government jobs) is placed in cancer in the 7th house. Mars position shows he will be charismatic but my thinking is he will be suitable for non governmental jobs only.

Perhaps the experts on this forum can guide you more on this.

Yes he is moody and emotional.And little bit lazy also.That's why he is not interested in doing job in private company since work pressure is more .But our main concern is that he has completed btech in 2016 and in the same year he had operation due to which 2016 was not worth at all.Then in March 2017 he joined a company but it does not belongs to it's branch which he opted in b.tech.since then he is working in the same company and given gate exam so that he would be called by any government company.but he was unable to qualify gate exam.this year also he gave gate exam but again he was unable to clear the exam.main concern is that his age is passing on due to which age to get government job is also passing and even he is not getting any private job in his branch i.e in electronics and communication.pls suggest anyone what next to be done.really worried
