Any specialist just tell me some pranayaam etc. I am spoiling my own life please help.

I am not working presently. I was working in an MNC till 2016, later I left the job to pursue my dream job UPSC IES. I started to prepare in 2016, and till mid 2017 everything was fine.
Things changed from June 2017 when very vigorous family fight with allegations (obviously false) started. Even I am surprised how can my family fight with such intensity. Everybody was so calm and suddenly everything changed.
Anyways, this june I completed my 27th year in this world, next exam is scheduled in January, 2019. Going for this attempt. (You can suggest me some measures if you want, I will be thankful
But one thing I want to share, these days whenever I sit for any exam, I get anxious (too much as if I am going to die), unfocused, cloudy and also much worried making me underperform in all exams. This makes my situation like gasoline under fire.
My academics till 2016 were upto mark. But from 2016, I am in the downfall.
And a big thanks for taking my situation under your consideration.
