Job Confused, Please suggest.

Hi,
i was born on 15-Oct-1987 at Chennai @7:42am.
I was asked to move from my team to another team last Nov, 2017. I made my move, now its seems to be a wrong move as the team seems to be closing out. I am little confused and need some help on the below questions:
1. Should i continue on technical lines? or aspire for management roles?
2. I currently work at another city far form my home. I am trying hard to come back to my native place, I attended few interviews but unfortunately they went against me. are there chances to come back to native place?
3. Is there a possibility of onsite travel, if yes when? ( i do not intend to settle abroad, just short travels ~6m)
