Yes this is KP astrology. Yes I rectified using KP moon's ruling planet method and also verified it with Rule of origin method.

Foreign country or location can defined as when one travels to location wherein food, atmosphere and climatic condition changes. So if someone travels say from South India to Kashmir for that person it is foreign location and viceversa. In US if someone travels from east coast to west coast it is long distance travel. There is always a grey area with regards to overseas or foreign travel questions in astrology.

Wow Kiran, thanks so much for your insights.

It's absolutely astounding how I have wound up with debt, for so long. I am a pretty stingy person usually, quite austere. I know it sounds contradictory. but it actually feels like something else controls my my mind or decisions when it comes to loans. No matter how hard I put my mind to it, there is never a resolution and it's draining all my hard work.

Anyway, I guess there is a lesson in all of this, and i hope i learn it and move on soon hahaha..

As for foreign settlement, I really want to do my Masters from a foreign country and as you can see that my boyfriend is a foreigner as well, and we're planning to get married around the same time that you have predicted, spring next year. So let's see, he is coming here for a year..
