Darakaraka Mercury in Moola?

Someone once mentioned here exactly the same thing which I would like to know more: Darakaraka Mercury in Moola nakshatra.

For example: a person has his darakara Mercury in Moola nakshatra, and it is also possible that Mercury is in his 12th house, because possibly he is a Capricorn ascendant person. Yogakaraka Venus (5th and 10th lord) is also in Sagittarius, but in the nakshatra of Poorva Ashadha.
Sun, the ruler of 8th house is also in Sagittarius, in its own nakshatra, Uttara Ashadha. Sun causing Vipreet Raj yoga.
The native has Moon in Aquarius, in Shatabhishak which is ruled by Rahu and Rahu is in Virgo, in his 9th house.
Debilitated Mars is in the 7th house...
Can this person marry a foreign spouse?

No marriage in foreign land or with foreigner is expected or predicted when 7th lord or 7th house has direct or indirect connection with 12th or 9th house or its lord, because 12th house and its lord is signigicator of foreign land foreign things,people and 9th house has significance over Religion and belief system so any connection of 7th lord with this houses brings wife with different religion or from distance place. Venus in 12th house means you meet lot of women from great distance from actual birthplace and you imagine alot about wife,gf etc because 12th house is house of deep thinking,dreaming,other relam.

Seems there are many different opinions and explanations about the possibility of foreign spouse.

I searched more and it seems other astrologers and sources say Venus in 12th can represent foreign spouse for males, especially when darakaraka planet is also in 12th house. Venus itself in the sign of Sagittarius can show a foreign spouse. And Venus is 5th lord and goes into the 12th house. Rahu in 9th house and the ruler of 9th is darakaraka Mercury.
Moon, which also is the 7th lord, is in a Rahu ruled nakshatra, Shatabhisha. Rahu ruled nakshatras show interest and/or connection with foreigner things and foreigners.

Is it true that darakaraka shows the atma of the future spouse? So who has Mercury as darakaraka, it is possible that his future spouse has Mercury as her atmakaraka?
