What would be the effect of Mars+Rahu in 9th house in Kumbha Rashi and ketu in 3rd house in Simha Rashi?
What I know is such a yoga(Mars+Rahu) is referred as Angaraka yoga and is not that auspicious.The presence of ketu in 3rd house adds fuel to fire.Correct me if I am wrong.

Suppose the native is undergoing Rahu Mahadasha and shukra antardasha will the negative effects multiply in Rahu Mahadasha?

Considering the details provided, the native is Gemini lagna with Rahu-Ketu axis along 9-3.
Mars is super functional malefic planet for this lagna (lord of 6th and 11th) and Rahu in 9th is never good as its a nesargik religious sthan where Rahu gets super unconfortable.
Also, 9th house is an aquarius which means Mars is in its enemy sign.
So overall this combination is not going to be good.

How it will play out in Rahu-Venus dasha can only be judged based on venus position and other aspects.

Also their mutual aspect is also a problem for native.

Joyd, In such scenario, won’t the planet holding lowest degree will prevail? If mars hold the lower degree in its own house than it will prevail and significations or saturn may take a hit including 4th house (which will also get mars 4th aspect?).
If saturn holds lower degree then it’s saturn that will control the conjunction.
