About your sister, we can say that asc in capricorn make a person more stubborn then a person with Cancer Ascendent for exemple. Venus is Libra in her 10 house, she is good in what she is doing. Her chart is related to Mitra, that is for justice, so your sister is in profession she likes, Saturn and Mars exchange places in her chart. And she have everything to rise. About her turned down lot of marriage proposals, don't worry. she knows what she is doing. As per she is Capricorn Asc is very important for her to have a sucessfull career work. And she will achieve even more in the upcoming years. do not worry about your sister. She is doing what she needs to do.

Just a curiousity... does you are more white brown complex skin then your sister that she is more reddish then you? just to understand one thing here.

Power of speech not sure but it's my strong hold see mercury is not that comfortable.
I have reasonable fair skin for a guy depends how I take care it shows immediately on my face(black marks) as soon as I eat or drink much (2nd lord moon with sa). my sister is 2-3 shades fairer than me but was not so in childhood.I wonder what planets playing here.
U see we both have sa/me conjunction but I guess it plays out totally differently.Hahha I wish if it was not in 7th would have been a relief.
Also how much do you value degrees in conjunction. See my 7th degree wise & you see that's the area(7th) of my mood swings currently or rather from last 2-3 years.

I ve started doing yoga. Handstand/headstand other Asana but lack consistency.Also tried meditation but it takes time to focus.

As you all know Ardra nakshatra ruler is rahu and deity Rudra; and here rahu have a mercurian quality to it. Ardra means moistness or wetness and it is mostly symbolised as a tear drop.Now if we consider the meaning of tear it means the outflow of suppressed emotion. Whenever we cry we feel a sense of peace after that. So this nakshatra symbolises a churning a effect. How would such mercury placement be rated finally good or bad regarding its role as asc lord.

I can't say for SURE How ascedent nakshatra affect native differently wrt moons nakshatra.
But I think ascendant nakshatra affects the native more on the physical characteristics and trait and points to general life of the native like the way of living i.e. it effects more on mundane aspect which in turn affect on mental level. And moons nakshatra affects more on the mental area lets say mental body which in turn affect the physical one. Moons nakshatra play role on the way of thinking,his/her ambition,perception etc. And since mental and physical activities have profoud effect on each other. So the amalgamation of two.... points to the personality of native. And to be precise the lagna lord nakshatra may be counted. Also we can see which is bhava is more strong the lagna or the moon lagna and see which is affecting most.
And to be more precise the overall effect of all planets nakshatra finally play the role of shaping the individual...as you all know,nothing new. So the moon nakshatra and lagna nakshatra and lagna lord nakshatra are the centre of personality, your headquarter and other planet nakshatra are the special forces

lord/moon nakshatra analysis not necessarily in exact order but yes combining to see the final result wrt giving answer on personality & mental physical make up.
Now comes the question how would the analysis be done wrt to above especially when opposite forces are at play.
Take my case for example lagna nak-rahu , lg/lord - ketu and moon nak-venus .Now for moon and lagna i.e Rahu and Venus one can say they have a lot of common agenda like material gains worldly desires etc infact I read somewhere in the forum that Rahu can also be treated as Venus on steroids
. Now the agenda of lagna lord mula(ketu) seems at a different end all together.
Now how does a seasoned astrologer decipher this puzzle and comment on mental and physical make up through this.
Would be be easier if all three share same theme or belong to same group of planetary friendship like (sun/mar/jup/moon. Vs sat/Venus/Rahu).
Would appreciate to see yours and other learnead members take on this.

What I was emphasising on was hw mercury as asc lord placed in mula (ketu ruled)considerd for significations of mercury.

Therefore would it be apt to say that mercury is in 6th lord star i.e ketu and would be bound to give 6th house results like health issues debt enemies etc.

Moon in punarvasu is ruled by Jupiter but its 1st pada is ruled by mars, second ve, third me and 4th by moon. So the main qualities of Punarvasu will be there but the effect of different quarters will kick in. And finally the aspect/conjn. on that planet will bring in some changes(like conjuction or aspect of different planet in different nakshatra on moon). Because if not seen like this all natives born in punarvasu 2nd pada will show same traits but we see million people million personalities. But the basic qualities of punarvasu will be seen in him/her.
