No Job!! Very Frustrated... Please help

Hi all the learned members,

Please advice if this person get a job in near future and how his overall career would be. He was into education field but resigned from the job as he wasn't getting salary for many months. Right now has many responsibilities also. This is his 3rd employer and all the three times he faced the same issue, salary not being given on time.. There is a huge amount pending salary from the second employer also wch he vl never get back.

Is there any chance for him to get in government job with a stable income or the same will happen in future also?

Wife is from same caste only.
He is of dark complexion. Same as father.
Was teaching in engineering college.
He is going to have a baby this August.
Elder brother is a doctor, now working in a private hospital.

but no major accidents shows mars not in 6th house but in 5th and is brother heart surgeon or in whic divison working?

so i am taking capricon asc -wife will be very spiritual and some problems in married life could come due to health isuues
