Lows in Career

Hi Learned Astrologers,

I am going through a very low phase in career.

Almost lost my job.
Received worst appraisal rating.
Salary decreased last year. No bonus in 2018.
Trust issues with senior leadership.
Working in same designation for last 6.5 years.
No improvement of position in current company even after skill improvement through certifications.
Management is sarcastic.

How long will this phase last?
Will I get a new job in techno-functional position (the path that i want to pursue) or shall I change my career direction as one of the senior leaders has advised me?
