Does similarity in horoscope create similar personality?

Hi,

I used to get fascinated by Adolf Hitler since my childhood.
To find answer to this mysterious fascination, I compared my horoscope with that of Hitler.

I found similarity: libra ascendent, 3 planets in 7th house, Rahu in 9th and strong aspect of Saturn on 10th house. And, I also find similarity in life like family relationship specially with parents and wife, behaviour and ambition.

Does similarity in horoscope create similar personality?
